A Colorado native, Chase attended the University of Nevada, Reno before heading to Oregon for law school. Returning to northern Nevada felt like coming home, and she brings genuine enthusiasm for the region's business and construction communities to every client relationship.

Experience

Chase is part of the transactional team at High West Law LLP with a practice focused on helping organizations navigate legal frameworks with clarity and confidence. Before moving back to Nevada in 2023 and joining the transactional team at High West Law, Chase practiced in Oregon representing municipalities in a range of disputes, from employment matters to civil rights claims. This experience sharpened her instinct for anticipating where agreements break down and how to get ahead of those issues through clear, thoughtful drafting. Today, Chase advises clients across industries on a wide range of agreements, with a particular passion for the construction industry. Chase enjoys working with contractors to sharpen their contracting practices, navigate complex negotiations, and stay compliant with the regulatory frameworks that govern their work.
