Grant H. Wiltshire, Esq.
Managing Partner & Attorney
Experience
At High West Law LLP, Grant routinely advises businesses of all sizes on risk navigation, management, and efficient dispute resolution—whether through litigation, alternative dispute resolution, or negotiated solutions. He also handles and oversees a broad range of civil matters, with a focus on business, construction, and real estate law, having successfully managed hundreds of disputes across these practice areas.
Grant's construction practice centers on representing contractors and subcontractors—from small operations to large enterprises—as well as homeowners through some of their most complex and high-stakes moments. His experience spans contract disputes, mechanics' liens, defect claims, project delays, and he has achieved meaningful results in matters involving properties and projects worth millions of dollars. He understands the business pressures his clients face and approaches every matter with a focus on practical outcomes over prolonged conflict.
His real estate practice reflects that same philosophy. Grant regularly represents property owners, developers, and contractors in HOA disputes, zoning matters, title issues, boundary conflicts, and contractual disputes throughout California. Whether a client is protecting a significant investment or navigating a high-stakes conflict, Grant is committed to providing advice that is both direct and easy to act on.
Before co-founding High West Law, Grant honed his litigation skills at a boutique firm in Bend, Oregon, where he handled complex business and employment disputes and regularly counseled clients on municipal, construction, real estate, and HOA matters.
