Jane graduated from Notre Dame Law School and practiced commercial litigation and environmental law in Chicago, Illinois. Her prior law practice consisted of commercial litigation, environmental regulatory work and Brownfield redevelopment transactions. She also has in-house experience, assisting in all matters of business, from marketing, employment, corporate governance, real estate, M&A and state regulatory issues.

Experience

Prior to joining High West Law LLP, Jane worked at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, representing clients in environmental, product liability and financial services litigation. She is experienced in the public hearing, zoning and remediation approval process for land redevelopment. During her time at BCLP, she worked as a legal secondee with Brit Insurance, a Lloyd’s Insurance Syndicate in London in their claims and underwriting departments. After her stint in private practice, she served as the Senior Corporate Counsel for Revolution Global, a multi-state cannabis operator in Chicago, managing corporate matters and state licensing applications. During law school, she was a legal extern with the Enforcement Division for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
