Jennifer brings over two decades of legal experience to High West Law’s estate planning and transactional practices. She leads the firm's estate planning practice, designing highly individualized plans tailored to each client's unique goals. On the transactional side, she helps local business owners navigate the full range of legal needs that come with running and growing a business. Her experience enables her to identify risk, anticipate problems before they arise, and communicate clearly with clients.
Experience
Prior to joining High West Law LLP, Jennifer built her practice advising clients on environmental and land use matters in and around Atlanta, Georgia. She focused primarily on litigation under the Clean Water Act and other federal, state, and local environmental laws. She also represented a diverse range of clients including individuals, small businesses, local governments, and major corporations on environmental compliance matters. Jennifer returned to her alma mater, Emory University School of Law, as an adjunct professor where she developed and taught a comprehensive course in land use law.
