Experience

Keenan Hawkins is a seasoned transactional attorney with well over a decade of continuous practice in California and Nevada. Licensed in California since 2013 and Nevada since 2014, Keenan brings deep expertise in structuring complex deals, negotiating high-stakes agreements, and drafting the contracts that bring those transactions to life. His practice encompasses a broad range of real estate, construction, and business matters, with a particular emphasis on providing clients with practical, deal-focused counsel at every stage of a transaction.

In 2020, Keenan founded KLH-Law — a practice that, under his leadership as managing partner, grew from a solo operation into a firm of 14 professionals. That firm evolved into High West Law, PC, reflecting both its expanding footprint and Keenan's commitment to building a premier law firm in the region. In early 2026, Keenan and his partners Grant Wiltshire and Damon Booth co-founded High West Law LLP, the next chapter in that continued growth.

Keenan primarily practices out of the firm's Reno, Nevada office, where he serves clients across California and Nevada on matters requiring sophisticated transactional counsel and sound business judgment.
