Damon L. Booth, Esq.

Partner & Attorney

Damon is a third-generation Nevadan who was born and raised in Winnemucca, Nevada. After attending law school in San Diego, he relocated back to the Reno/Tahoe area where he worked with multijurisdictional law firms representing clients throughout Nevada and California. At Hight West Law, PC, he is involved with both the litigation and transaction teams. He is passionate about being able to provide solid legal advice for a variety of different practice areas and has built a reputation as an agile, personable, and diligent advocate.

Experience

Prior to co-founding High West Law, PC, Damon worked for a Northern California and Nevada regional firm in their business and civil litigation departments. Before that, he cut his teeth handling a high volume of litigation cases for a mid-sized insurance defense firm. He has successfully litigated many matters and has driven early resolutions by settlement, mediation, and arbitration.
