Grant grew up in northern Vermont before attending law school in Oregon, and then ultimately relocated to Truckee, California. At High West Law, PC, he manages the litigation team and works directly with our clients to develop strategies and achieve superior results in a cost-effective manner. He is a relentless pragmatist who has built a reputation for being a skilled litigator with a professional and solution-oriented style.

Experience
Prior to co-founding High West Law, PC, Grant worked for a litigation-focused law firm in Bend, Oregon where his practice centered on resolving complex business and employment disputes. Additionally, Grant routinely advised clients in municipal, construction, real estate, and HOA law matters.
Grant also has experience navigating clients through alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration, which are often useful tools to resolve conflicts without the expense and uncertainty of formal litigation.
