Jennifer graduated from Emory University School of Law and practiced environmental law in Atlanta before moving to Truckee to realize her lifelong dream of living in the mountains. At High West Law, Jennifer focuses on resolving complex legal questions in the areas of business transactions, real estate, and estate planning. Her experience includes drafting business agreements, construction contracts, and real property documents including easements, co-owner agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.

Prior to joining High West Law, Jennifer honed her legal skills advising individuals, homeowners’ associations, commercial developers, local governments, and major corporations on a variety of environmental and land use matters, focusing primarily on environmental litigation at the regulatory, administrative, trail and appellate levels in and around Atlanta, Georgia. She created a comprehensive course in Land Use Law at Emory University School of Law and taught two semesters as an adjunct professor.
